Its cylindrical design provides comfortable and ergonomic hand grip. 60 series Handles in low carbon steel is in 5 cm (1.97”) pitch, suitable for all 2U rack servers. Fivetech’s 60 series comes in anodized clear surface or anodized black, which adds another layer of high-end texture. 60 Series in carbon steel also provide 16.5cm (6.5”) and 15cm (5.9”) pitch design comfortable for all 4U design. 60 Series in plastic offers different features comparing to 60 Series in carbon steel. Made of plastic, the handle features light weight and anti-rust. Plastic also provide non-slip function. 60 Series in plastic is in pitch 3cm (1.18”), suitable for 1U rack servers. Light, small, and fire endurable. The 3cm pitch plastic handle is also a great match for rack server powers.                       

6R series chooses aluminum, featuring light and flexibility. Aluminum handle being flexible is less likely to break or crack. Additionally, aluminum offers good corrosion resistance capability; thus it’s unlikely for 6R series handles to rust over time. Moreover, it widens the handle’s pitch to 7.65 cm (3.01”) fitting a 2U server to a 3U one. Appearance wise, 6R series also provide anodized clear and anodized black surface.

FIVETECH's new lateral retractable–「Smart Angle Handle」is the space saver specially designed to solve the problems of DataCenter Server mainframe with various boring angles, thin groove gaps, chassis height restrictions or minimal edge space.

 

When the server is installed in the chassis, it is often assembled with various types of functional devices, resulting in various space restrictions on the corner angle of the drill, the thin groove gap, or the extremely small edge space, and cannot be efficiently fully filled and used, utilizes variety of operating fasteners and the use of handles. FIVETECH's new release of the retractable "smart angle handle" can solve all of the above problems. 

When this product is used in space restrictions, when the servo chassis cannot be installed with a standard handle inside, it is convenient to store this foldable handle at the inside of the chassis. In the past, due to the cumbersome and small space or height limitation of the chassis, it is often necessary to sacrifice some functional parts or handles, just only because of the designer's irresistible problems cannot be easily solved. With our help of FIVETECH design, is able to provide customers with successful new design and application, new concepts for these problems, and to introduce the latest lateral retractable handle can lift any server inner card-cases such as fan tray is installed the whole set inside servo chassis, with this flexible and lift-able retractable handle which solves the problem that it is impossible to operate the mobile card easily like this one, due to space or height restrictions of the reality design of a servo chassis.

 

FIVETECH "Smart Angle Handle", is attached to the inner card of the chassis. Due to the height limitation of the chassis, the handle is set in the retracted state. When starting the operation, the wrench is pulled upward through the front wrench, the reel wheel the handle can be extended upwards to a standing point, and the connecting rod the can be pulled out of the extended height when the handle is pulled up. This additional extension height can increase the handle holding space and the stability of pulling force, so as to avoid interference with other parts of inner delicate devices or to touch by hand to other sensitive components when pulling the mobile card, a short circuit or malfunction caused by touching parts or other devices on the main board may caused. When you need to store it back, you can easily press the handle down, shrink the handle height, and then push it to the in-situated lateral storage position.
